Provide:

• A photo of the product

• Your city

• Your address

• Your order number

Conditions

• If the product is defective, damaged, or not as described, we provide a full refund or replacement.

• If the item received is completely different from what was shown, a full refund is guaranteed.

• For returns without a defect, a fee of 30% or a minimum of 25 DH will apply.
